On my visit to Iceland I had the pleasure to visit the U.S. Naval air station Reykjavik. This Mercedes Benz Unimog Ambulance is part of the Fire & Emergency Services.

The Bodywork is by BINZ,Germany,exact the same type as used by the military,but I wonder if they also have the same interior outfit as a 4-stretcher unit,on the left side,mounted on the bumper you can see the german standard audible warning device of the 50´s-mid 70´s the "Bosch Elekto Horn",not very loud,so superseded than by Airhon or the newer electronic sirens,but still only "Hi-Low"
