Can you tell us where this was taken? And it looks like it is for sale rather then in use....

This is most likely somewhere in Turkey. Defenders are used by some ambulance stations in rural areas. I saw a few in Cappadocia last year, and those were still in service.

you're true this vehicle was sold. One of my friends bought this vehicle and he took that photo.
But LR Defender Ambulance's still using in TR Ministry of Health.
