Ambulance Photos

the pic. must be pretty old, it´s the MB 408 petrol engine build between 1967-75, then replaced by the 409, 90hp one, also the uncommon flat roof instead of the high-roof, in Germany only very few were in service between 1967-1972, but interestingly with the long wb, one beacon was also very rare in Germany for this ones mainly 2 in front or 2 diagonally,(front left,rear right)

I photographed this beast in 1989. In 1994 it had already been replaced with a Peugeot with a container bodywork - which also carried the same registration number
