Isn't the Guernsey ambulance service run by the St John Ambulance?

In actual fact the Guernsey Service is run by the St John Ambulance & Rescue Service, a registered charity in its own right. It is separate to St John Ambulance (who also operate in the island) and operates independently as a professional ambulance service.
