A Transport Ambulance used by Medical Emergency Service in the city of PIONKI (central Poland), the car is rented from “RKTS Meditrans Radom” – a public enterprise supporting medical transport in the area.
The car is polish made Polonez Caro form the middle 90’s.

My dad drove one of these type of cars in the Netherlands. They were marketed as 'FSO' there...
